PENGUATAN NILAI RAHMATAN LIL ALAMIN PADA ANAK USIA DINI DI ERA MILENIAL

Abstract


In millennial era, many people claim that their teaching is the most correct, so that it raises discordance among people. Indeed, if there is a child who has different opinion (understanding) from his/ her parent, she/he will consider as misguided. Therefore, Islam as rahmatan li al-‘alamin religion should create peaceful environment between all people with no exception. It is included people who have different faith or religion as non-Muslim. The religious moral development of early childhood has been happened since they are in the womb, so that rahmatan li al-‘alamin as moral value can be implanted from an early age where is called as golden age. therefore, this research aims to describe: (1) the method of strenghtebmning rahmatan lil amain values among early children in East Java. (2) The implication of the method. This research method is descriptive qualitative, with case study in East Java. The research subject is chosen through purposive sampling in which parents/guardian both teach and strengthen the rahmatan lil alami valimus for early children aging 4-6 years. Reinforcement of rahmatan li al-‘alamin moral value is given by many method such as inquiry, role playing, storytelling, field trip and habituation. The result indicates that the children, who have been implanted by rahmatan li-al’alamin moral value from an early age, have the character of respecting and honoring each other. It is seen from their empathic behavior toward their fellows.
