COUNSELLING STRATEGY At MTsN 3 TANAH DATAR

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to find out how the strategy of a Teacher Guidance and Counseling in addressing the problems of students in MTsN 3 Tanah Datar. This type of research is qualitative that is by giving an overview of the strategy of a Teacher Guidance and Counseling in addressing student problems. Instrument of data collection that is direct interview to Master Guidance and Counseling at MTsN 3 Tanah Datar. The results of interviews with Teacher Guidance and Counseling obtained information strategy that is used with SWOT analysis by looking at strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. SWOT analysis is very effective and efficient in formulating and evaluating the activities of Guidance and Counseling.
