Focus & Scope

JIES: Journal of Islamic Education Students accepts unpublished, high quality, and original research manuscripts in Indonesian and English, resulting primarily from quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methodology related to or associated with Islamic education. These issues include, but not limited to, practices, policies and research in islamic education from:

  1. Kindergarten  and  Early Childhood Islamic Education

  2.  Elementary  School  and  Madrasah  Ibtidaiyah

  3. Islamic  Educational Management

  4. Islamic  Education  and  Science

  5. Islamic  Guidance  and  Counseling

which cover the areas of instruction, learning, teaching, curriculum development, educational policy, language education and policy, bilingual education, multicultural education, art education, teacher education, educational technology, educational developments, educational psychology, and international education in Indonesia and other parts of the world.

JIES: Journal of Islamic Education Students will not accept research articles or manuscripts submitted for publication elsewhere.

JIES: Journal of Islamic Education Students does not publish book reviews, program evaluations or research articles merely explaining programs, courses, or personal experiences. All research articles submitted can be written in Indonesian or English
